For 8 years the members of the ICONTEC-FUSEI Employees Foundation become a strategic ally for the fulfillment of our institutional mission and Christmas time was the right occasion for them to be present and share their joy and solidarity with the beneficiaries of the different programs of our organization.
The beautiful gifts for the children of Hogar Santa Rita de Cascia, the “Leaving Footprints” program and Dharma Foundation arrived with their own names so that no one was left without a gift, and the elf and Santa Claus were in charge of delivering the gifts to each one of them, while they enjoyed a delicious milkshake. They participated in the novenas and gave as always all their affection during the visit to each venue. On the other hand, the elderly, street dwellers of “Comedor Maria es mi Madre” and “Casa de la Esperanza” enjoyed a delicious pork roast, snacks and music that filled the hearts of all those present.
Two of the most vulnerable populations, children with complex illnesses as well as elderly street dwellers received this Christmas the gifts, the food but mainly the love from the members of Icontec, who during the year have been supporting the mission of Proyecto Unión and are undoubtedly a great example to follow.
