“Serving others is the mission of “ Revolución Juvenil” (Juvenile Revolution), a group composed by youngsters who are part of the Dominicans of EMAUS, in the Catholic Church, who recently visited the children at Hogar Santa Rita de Cascia (Saint Rita of Casia Nursing Home).
This time, the youngsters brough donations to serve the main needs of the house and shared valuable time with the children, by reading stories and hydrating the skin of the babies.
Additionally, they participated in a sports circuit that included the oldest children in the house. This circuit allowed the children not only to learn about their abilities but also about the different ways in which they can express their feelings of joy while experiencing the sports circuit, holding hands with the volunteers.
Thank you to this group of youngsters for bringing joy to so many hearts that need love, compassion and solidarity every day.”
