Gastronomy students of Fundación Universitaria San Mateo under the direction of Javier Ayala, not only continue to captivate the palates of our children, but also enjoy these spaces to teach them their recipes.
This gastronomy practice has become a winner, because periodically the students bring all their ingredients, mainly their heartfelt enthusiasm, to brighten the afternoons of the children who live in the Santa Rita de Cascia home.
On this occasion they surprised us with Mexican tacos and everyone, children, volunteers and collaborators of the home, had the opportunity to participate in both the preparation and the tasting.
A special thanks to this group of students and their teachers who through their preparations provide unforgettable spaces of recreation, camaraderie and learning for our organization.
