Treinta y cuatro voluntarios del Banco Mundial llegaron al Hogar Santa Rita de Cascia cargados de frutas, esperanza y mucha alegría, la actividad consistía en darle rienda suelta a la imaginación y a través de una colorida y mágica receta escogida para la ocasión, lograron deleitar a los niños, niñas y adolescentes que integran el hogar con las texturas, olores y sabores de nuestras frutas tropicales.

Orientados al cumplimiento de sus objetivos, el Banco Mundial llevó a cabo la actividad en el marco del día internacional para la erradicación de la pobreza, aportando tiempo, afecto y la alegría de su programa “Cocineritos “, devolviéndole a nuestros pequeños los sueños de esperanza que necesitan para vivir.
