Gastronomy students of Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria San Mateo under the direction of Javier Ayala, not only continue to captivate the palates of our children, but also enjoy these spaces to teach them their recipes.
\nThis gastronomy practice has become a winner, because periodically the students bring all their ingredients, mainly their heartfelt enthusiasm, to brighten the afternoons of the children who live in the Santa Rita de Cascia home.
\nOn this occasion they surprised us with Mexican tacos and everyone, children, volunteers and collaborators of the home, had the opportunity to participate in both the preparation and the tasting.
