More than two years ago, Alejandra Ni\u00f1o, a young professional in psychology, expressed her intention to volunteer and through the San Ignacio Hospital, where she currently works, she came to the Union Project Foundation, a place that allowed her to connect her heart to begin to leave her mark.<\/p>\n
Alejandra arrived with the expectation of doing her professional volunteering in the psychosocial area, but once she learned about the needs of our organization and taking advantage of her specialization in the organizational area, as well as her Master’s Degree in Human Management, advanced in Spain, she focused all her efforts to strengthen this area.<\/p>\n
His contributions to date have made possible the consolidation of important processes such as personnel selection and the competency-based management model, among others, as well as the design of interview formats, psychological tests and advice for the creation of performance evaluations, within the human management model.<\/p>\n
If it is about serving and helping, there are never limits for our volunteer angels, who like Alejandra, decided to put into action their desire to help through their profession, leaving their mark wherever they go.<\/p>\n
