The high level of dissatisfaction of most people who hire an employee out of necessity to meet their requirements was the inspiration for two entrepreneurial professionals, Catalina Orlando, a Business Administrator and Guillermo Vargas a Systems Engineer, to join three years ago to create DServicio. This company, with a social focus, recruits using social networks and after a careful selection process, offers job opportunities to mothers heads of families and women over 55 years of age in large Colombian companies and households, making their lives easier.<\/p>\n
Despite the pandemic, its operation has continued, as well as the goal of giving an opportunity for personal growth and support to the most needy population. This idea has united us, because we believe that the world is changed by the human will. They decided to join the Fundaci\u00f3n Proyecto Uni\u00f3n, providing a general service person to periodically support the work at the Santa Rita de Cascia Home.<\/p>\n
Committed to the causes that transform the lives of the most vulnerable populations, the founders of DServicio decided to share with the children who who benefit from the Santa Rita de Cascia Home, on the occasion of their birthdays. That\u2019s how Catalina, her husband Edgardo and their children (Susana and Juan Andr\u00e9s) attended last Saturday, together with Guillermo this event with donations to provide love, to sing and to celebrate the life of our little ones.<\/p>\n
\u201cI admire the great work they do at the Foundation, it\u2019s something that not everyone does, its structure is large and very well organized, with projects that really contribute to society\u201d, said Guillermo, who for the first time in his life lived an experience with our children, which raised awareness and motivated him to offer his knowledge to train them, as well as to make our mission known to his clients.
